Daniel Pacthod is a Senior Partner in McKinsey’s New York office. He leads our new global initiative, the McKinsey Leadership Factory, which helps develop future senior McKinsey and client leaders and drive our latest thinking on 21st century leadership. Daniel also co-founded the Firm’s sustainability practice, led and built its industrial and defense practices, and has been on its board of directors for the past 10 years. He serves a wide range of leading global institutions across technology, defense, industrial, energy, and private capital on strategy, operations, organization,  technology, and leadership development.
