Ernest is an Investment Director for Eurazeo, a global investor in technology with offices in 12 different countries and invests for its Smart City Fund – a $450m investment programme which focuses on the convergence of climate and cities.
Ernest has spent the last decade operating and investing in early-stage deep-tech and digital start-ups. He co-founded Hello Tomorrow Asia-Pacific, a global think tank with offices in 4 countries that supports the growth of deep tech ecosystems and Slate Alt, an early-stage deep tech investor.
Prior, he helped build the venture arm of a SGX-listed company in collaboration with the NRF and worked on M&A and exits for the firm. He started his career as an investment manager at IPP Capital Management and was part of the firm's investment committee overseeing $1bn of AUA.
Ernest holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University, U.S.A.
