Petromil Petkov is the founder and head of Volkswagen Group Innovation Hub in Singapore. He has overall responsibility for Group’s innovation strategy and partnerships in Southeast Asia enabling brands such as Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Bentley to partner with the local innovation ecosystem.

During his 7 years in China, Petromil led numerous partnerships with deep tech startups for Volkswagen Group and built Audi’s deep tech incubator in Beijing. He also served as entrepreneur-in-residence at Tsinghua University x-lab and design thinking coach at China University of Communications.

Prior to entering the automotive industry, Petromil lived on four continents, where he was in charge of product development for organizations, such as the United Nations, Motorola, Infosys, and served as a founding member of a fintech startup.
